Lately I have been blessed to hear some pretty good music from some pretty talented artists. So I thought I would share some of it with you.

First there is the Modern Day Psalmist, Crazy Dave and his awesome wife Jess. He is the one who wrote The Doorposts CD music. If you want a copy of the CD let me know. Maybe Santa could get you one. Everyone should have one!

Rise Up

Crazy Dave leads our contemporary worship, and writes songs just in normal worship preparation. Here is one of them…and yes…it is actually a Psalm. Our pastor was preaching on Psalm 100 for three weeks, so he wrote it as a song. Isn’t it good.

Sometimes he also writes things that are fun, records them, and makes an unwise decision to send them to me. Of COURSE I’m going to tell everybody!! I sooooo think this could could actually be a top 10 country hit.

I’ve also recently gotten a couple of CD’s from Matthew and Lizi. They were the worship leaders for our church before Dave and Jess came. They just came out with a new CD not long ago. I absolutely LOVE IT. Especially these two songs. It just so happens Lizi is singing on both of them, but Matthew is pretty good to. Matthew and Lizi wrote the songs on the CD.
