It seems like everyone around me right now is having a baby. It’s CRAAAZZYY. I can think of, off the top of my head, 5 babies born within the last week and a half. Probably 10 within the last month-two months, and 5-10 more in the past 6 months. And we have several friends who are pregnant or have just gotten pregnant. AAAAHHHHH. THERE ARE BABIES EVERYWHERE!!!!!!
Nothing against babies, they are cute and cuddly, and someone else’s. But it sure doesn’t help my case to hold off on any baby plans with all of Wife’s friends are having babies left and right. So please, if you could, stop having babies. Thank you very much.

Hahaha! When I first got to this page, and saw the crib, I thought you were going to have a very DIFFERENT post about babies!
It’s the same around here…so many babies! Not as many as you mentioned, but maybe because I don’t have as many friends.

I thought the same as L, “Oh boy, the L’s are pregnant!”
What’s wrong with having a baby? You have a job, a home, a yard, and a wife. Parenthood is the next great adventure God has in store for you! :) Go for it!

That was a soon-to-be grandparent speaking. Don’t listen to her! She drank the lemonade with everyone else! :)

Nothing is wrong with having a baby. And we are very excited about all our new “nieces” and “nephews.”
Yes, I have a job, a home, a yard, and a wife; but you forgot to mention how I have a ginormous student loan. Paying that off is my next great adventure!

Yeah, you got my hopes up with the crib pic, too. But I feel your pain! No peer pressure from the Watsons any time soon.

Carolyn, I think its funny how you listed off job, home, and yard before you mentioned the essential part of child bearing…the wife. :)
