Best Christmas CD Ever???

Since others are clammering on about Andrew Petersons new Christmas CD (Behold the Lamb of God), I thought I’d share mine.

I’m a big fan of MercyMe. Last year they came out with “The Christmas Sessions.” It’s good, you should get it. You can click the picture below. If you like MercyMe, and you like Christmas, you will love this CD.

I LOVE this CD! I got it last year for Christmas. First of all, the cover is stinkin’ hilarious. It makes me laugh every time I see it. Second of all, the songs are really great. They don’t change the traditional songs so much that they’re not good any more. Instead, they update them just enough to make them new and fresh and great. And they have some really good new songs, like Joseph’s Song.

Third Day has a Christmas CD, too, that I just bought. They’ve had songs in the past, but not a full album, I don’t think. Anyway, I like it a lot. I expect that I would like MercyMe, too. Something about male vocals and guitar!
